1. Introduction

Welcome to Niimishis SBR (formerly known as Monsoon SBR). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and purchases from our multi-designer studio located at 01-Ground Floor, Stellar Building, Opp. Arista Building, Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad-380054.

By visiting our store or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Services

Niimishis SBR offers an exclusive curation of designer wear for occasions, everyday dressing, and seasonal collections. Our services include:

• Ready-to-wear designer collections
• Custom and bespoke tailoring services
• Bridal and occasion wear
• Festive and seasonal collections
• Personal styling consultations

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST Number: 24ABIFM4249G1Z9.

• A minimum advance payment may be required for custom orders
• Full payment is required before delivery of goods
• We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers

4. Custom Orders

For bespoke and custom-made garments:

• A 50% advance is required at the time of order confirmation
• Balance payment is due upon completion, before delivery
• Custom orders typically take 2-6 weeks depending on complexity
• Alterations after final fitting may incur additional charges
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

5. Returns & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

• Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
• Custom-made and altered items are not eligible for return or exchange
• Sale items are final sale and non-returnable
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

6. Care Instructions

Please follow the care instructions provided with each garment. Niimishis SBR is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or handling. We recommend professional dry cleaning for most designer pieces.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on our website and social media are the property of Niimishis SBR and respective designers. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Niimishis SBR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
